My CAT Curiosity makes me ask:

WHY Is There A 'LAUGH' With
VETS DREAM? :huh:

Been pondering the WHY
But:
for the life of me can NOT
come up with a logical answer!

Did you take the name to be:

VET = Veteran of a War

VET = Animal doctor?

I take it as the VET my Dog and Cat go to b/c he says my Pomeranian IS a Dream and could be the Poster Boy for the Breed!

But I just gotta know
WHY U HAVE A :laugh: Next To It?

Cat Curiosity Is A Powerful Thing!

Ruff: After I finished LAST for the FIRST time in our previous race I said..."Hope my vet has some of that stuff CT got."

The toxic concoction he whipped up, highly illegal in EVERY state EXCEPT Louisiana (if you know whom to bribe, that is) goes by the handle of Vets Dream!

Had the 1st of my multiple injections this afternoon and am already kicking down the stall and the stable cats, scared out of their furry little wits, have headed for the hills with their tails between their legs! :cheesy:

ROTFLMVTFAO! :shocked:

Well whatever the VET gave to
Criminal Type it probably is 'Illegal' cuz after being vanned off in 3 consecutive races..

He came back to win Midweek + Super-Saturday AND another win on a different forum as well!

I could use some of that for sure!
Pass it over this way!

As for the CATS 'scared out of their wits and heading for the hills?'

THIS IS ONE CAT :evil:
WHO AIN'T SKEERED
AND AIN'T RUNNIN AWAY EITHER!

BRING IT ON BIG BOY! :wink:
The Cat's Trap Is Set! :cheesy:

WHAT The Vet gave me?

I'll never tell KD :lipsrsealed:

---> but whatever it was - would be nice to get a lifetime supply!

But reality suggests that we have
highs and lows, win some, lose some -

so after losing 3 in a row I won 3 in a row - all balances out sooner or later

so this week I probably finish last in both contests - if the theory holds up

R1 = 10

R2 = 7

R3 = 2

R4 = 8

R5 = 2

R6 = 6 :police:

R7 = 9 :police:

R8 = 6 :police:

R9 = 3

R10 4

good luck to all
may the horses return sound

ELITE
If #2 was PTF in Last Race ($13.40)
My pick was SCRATCHED
so my total should be: $63.60

It won't change the standings but was wondering IF #2 did turn out as PTF?
ML was 2/1 (Catch Siesta)

BIG BOWL OF MEOW MIX TO
THE DUSTY ONE!
Once again you and I pick some
of the same horses! GMTA!

RUFFIAN

BUSTED ACCOUNT was PTF?

OMG he was 8/1 ML

and #2 was 5/2 (catch siesta: 1st)

So you see why I thought PTF WAS #2

Strange stuff at the windows :shocked:

The stable cats were freezing in the hills so they decided to make peace and cheered me on in the last race, helping me win the wild scramble for the show spot!

Nice Kitties! :evil:

Congrats Dusty!

Ahem KD ----
We Cats :evil: CAN be Nice
We can also be Naughty if Back To Wall

Then the Razor Tongue and Claws are Sharpened and Beware of the CAT! :shocked:

I'm Shocked :shocked: That the PTF
In Race 10 was NOT ? #2 (Seista)
at ML of 5/2 ...
and Busted Account WAS? ML 8/1

WHAT odds did he go off at?
Anyone know?

:evil:

KD

Busted Account went off at 9-5. Catch Siesta was 5-2.

As a rule of thumb, the cheaper the track the less reliable the Morning Line. Aside from the fact that the track secretary is probably working for bread and water you also have to take into consideration the harsh reality that the horsies just aren't very good. Add small mutual pools into the equation and it's not really surprising to see big differences in the off odds.

Look for runners who have had success AT THE LEVEL AT WHICH THEY'RE RUNNING TODAY.
Or slightly higher.
Big droppers are mostly the halt and the lame, and seldom worth the short odds they usually offer. Risers are for the most part outclassed, even at the lowest levels. The exception would be younger types.

Thus endeth today's lesson.

ACTUALLY:

IN R10 THE SEC'Y WAS RIGHT!

He/She had CATCH SIESTA: 5/2 > WON
had BUSTED ACCOUNT: 8/1 4th, moved up
So in this case
THOSE WHO BET Made him 9/5
NOT the Sec'y!

BUT THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS!

AH YES
MEMORIES of RISEN STAR
Mine That Bird
Hallowed Dreams
etc

I rarely ever play a low odds fave
unless the horse is a CAT or one I Love so much I cannot help myself
ZENYATTA comes to Mind!

Either way thanks for your insightful comments and taking your own time to share that with us
Very much appreciated KD!

I am admittingly the LEAST knowledgeable handicapper here...

Mainly b/c I go by my
Heart + Crazy-Cat Choices!

I don't have access to PP's on web
and would not use them even if I did

Even at OTB Never really paid attn to
PP's or trainer...

My choices are a collection of:

CATS
GRAYS
SIRES
NAMES

So Its Amazing Anytime I Win! :shocked:
