Thought I'd share a couple of Z (and one of Sidney's candy)...

Dancing her way to the paddock with Shirreffs grinning behind her

And just for fun, the most adorable track pony anywhere.

Here is the Queen herself as seen on the cover of Stride Magazine

It would appear that Zenyatta has her own little police force following her back to the barn.

If that was meant the way I think it was meant, that might be the wittiest comment I have ever read...LOLOLOLOL.

Ah, okay. Unfortunately, I'm not nearly that clever. But I get it now that I'm reading it this morning.

I just meant that Rachel has her guards and it had been noted by a friend of mine .. *did you see the guards following Zenyatta*. I think it's only security provided by the track, but it is interesting. Now that I think about it, there are guards in my photos of her coming onto the track at Santa Anita for the BC too so they've been there for a while although not back at the barn where it's quite relaxed.

Thanks, guys, glad to share. Those were definitely track security, as far as I could tell, but they were out in full force - walking in front of/behind her and a bunch posted in front of the crowd to keep people back, too. Guess they were afraid people would go crazy for Z?

NONE of the other winners on BC Day were accompanied back to the test barn by security.

That second photo, when she stretches her leg out like that---if it were any other horse, people would wonder what was wrong with the horse.

She really is an original.
