good thing for all you breeders out there. I plan on going on the tour maybe sometime in march or april. I think I remember reading that it is the second and 4th Friday each month, no? I'm very excited about GR over there, I think he will do very well.

They did the dinner dance thing last year too.

Northview's (MD) stallion showing is Sunday, January 30.

And if you happen to live anywhere near West Virginia, O'Sullivan's is January 15th.

In other words, this Open House is not going to be like an afternoon at the Kentucky Horse Park, when they trot out the famous horses for photo ops every couple of hours. We are now approaching the breeding season, and we want to conduct business.

I agree on this. Any farm I have visited was on their terms, and was happy to follow it. I know that the last time they had an open house with Smarty, it was quite the turn out with the general public. I think I like the idea of a smaller group, so I can see what I want and not have to be craneing my neck to get a looksie. They should do well with the books for their stallions.
