For a second there my first thought was "oh no, it's so pretty" and then I realized that the pretty one I had it mixed up with is Deauville. So, go Longchamps!

This is going to be quite something. When do they expect to be finished with all the work?

Made me sad watching it, memories of the one time we visited, but the stands remind me of the great Art Kaufman (Lee Tomlinson) who led the tour, standing there and giving my wife a thumbs up for her photo of him. An outstanding, warm individual who passed away too soon.

Always depressing to see a grandstand get demolished, though in North America it isn't usually to rebuild a bigger and better alternative! Looking forward to seeing the new building, especially considering they must be on a pretty tight timeline

It won't be ready until 2017. This year's Arc will be run at Chantilly.
