The new management team at Monmouth Park is reaching out to racing officials in Pennsylvania to develop a shared racing circuit, as the horse industry attempts to flex to political pressures in both jurisdictions.

The proposal would result in a schedule with a minimum of overlapped dates for Monmouth Park and the Parx Racing track in southern Bucks County.
