Thanks so much for filling in the blanks. I adore Neon Nat - I call him my favorite hapless child- for awhile there, he was coming in second and just missing. Would like to see this one get his picture taken at least once.

Veteran jockey Corey Lanerie became just the eighth rider to ride six winners on a card at Churchill Downs on Sunday and he kept his hot streak alive with four more winners Thursday, including the featured 7TH aboard favored Guys Reward (Grand Reward), who notched his third career win on the Matt Winn Turf Course. Lanerie, a 37-year-old native of Lafayette, Louisiana, has won with 11 of his 19 mounts since Sunday. His four wins Thursday improved his total to 28 for the meet, giving him a one-win advantage over Shaun Bridgmohan for the meet lead. Guys Reward broke well in the field of six and then was rated in third through fractions of :24 2/5, :48 3/5 and 1:12 3/5 on the firm course. Lacking room in the stretch, the 8-5 favorite was able to get through on the rail and, once in the clear, cross the wire a half-length in front. Trained by Dale Romans, Guys Reward covered the grassy mile in 1:35 3/5.

That really was a solid AOC field. In addition to Furthest Land, it included stakes-placed A Diehl, GSP Strike Impact, stakes winner (and GSP) Crimson China, and SW Headstart.
