Go For Gin (Cormorant - Never Knock by Stage Door Johnny), the 1994 Kentucky Derby winner, who ran 2nd in both the Preakness and Belmont, wore this beautiful halter the week of October 30, 2011. This halter comes with a Certificate of Authenticity dated November 4, 2011.

Go for Gin was foaled on April 18, 1991. In celebration of his birthday and his accomplishments, Bright Futures Farm equine charity is offering this one-of-a-kind piece of history worn by one of Thoroughbred racing's greatest and most loved living legends! Tickets are only $10 each! Drawing will be May 30, 2012. Winner will be announced on our website (www.brightfuturesfarm.org) and our facebook page. I looked up your website...poor Brite. He raced 71 times in 5 1/2 years? It sounds like he was in terrible shape when you found him. Thanks for caring.

Should have added, when I was a kid we had either Stage Door Johnny's son or grandson, can't remember which (it was 1972 and I was only 10) named Stage Door Johnson, or that was his show name at least. I became a Go For Gin fan because of this.
