And thanks for posting these!! This is great! Especially seeing PG running around the track without a bridle, he definitely looked to be enjoying himself. LOL (probably wasn't very funny when it happened, but after the fact you have to giggle)

Thanks so much PartyManners for posting Ferdinands entire Derby coverage. Although I'll never tire of watching that great and valiant horse run, my heart aches a bit every time I see him and always will. Surely, that holds true for many of us. Nevertheless, your contribution here is a fine tribute to the memory of a good horse - a horse that deserved better in the end...

One of my favorite moments while in college was being at home and watching Genuine Risk win the Derby. I was whooping and hollering in front of the TV and scared my dog out of the room. Couldn't help but smile when I heard Howard Cosell's and Eddie Arcaro's commentary again after all these years. Thanks for the video, PartyManners.
