Where'd those ribs go?
Seriously, he looks great.
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.
Was he adopted? Because that sure looks like the LAEC in Burbank.

He looks terrific and very happy.
I'm so glad and relived for him. He reminds me so of a gelding I had who was brought under similiar circumstances and turned out to be the best horse and friend you could ever ask for. I hope EDR finds that special person out there who will love and appreciate him always. Good luck, handsome!

That was an amazing transformation in a few weeks.
He's a beauty. Looks happy, for sure.

Very pleased to see everyone's efforts pay off for this handsome guy.

Sometimes I find myself staying away from these threads. It's so wonderful to hear about horses like these who are saved, but it reminds me of the many that aren't and what they all go through. Bittersweet.
He looks fabulous! We have some wonderful people here at TBC too!
From SCTR: "El Rojo Diablo a 2012 rescue showing how awesome he has become since his rescue. He is a very loving easy to work with gelding. Does it all clips, ties, farrier, bathes and trailers with no fuss at all."
Still working on his feet, but, otherwise, lookin' good!
And, remember, you can vote for SCTR to get a Chase Community Giving grant! https://fb.chasegiving.com/charity/view/ein/26-3166279

What a handsome boy he has suddenly turned into. He does seem very kind.
What a fantastic looking kid!!![]()
Live life, don't just exist it!
Pulled from auction in June, for $175. Look at him now.
PLEASE, PLEASE take a couple of minutes to vote for SCTR for a Chase grant. After picking up a couple of spots yesterday, they are falling in the rankings again.

If, like me, you avoid the apps on FB like the plague, you can delete this one as soon as you use it. That's what I did. But you must DL the app in order to vote.

Voted.
Man, does he look great. Like a show horse. I hope he finds a wonderful home.
Thank you so much!! They are clinging to a spot that will get them $20K. But it's getting tougher each day.
Yeah, he's turned into a looker. He still has some minor feet issues (IIRC) and will get some training. But I am confident he will find a home when he becomes available.

I voted for them, and I sure hope they get some money. They do tremendous work, and they deserve to win the money!
In training to be a circus horse!Nah. Not really. He's just trying to reach the grass on the other side of the fence. But he will be available for adoption soon, and they think he could be a very versatile sport horse.
