betfair hollywood park will begin discussions with representatives of the toc and ctt whether future stall allocations at betfair hollywood park and/or at the off track facility (santa anita) should be allocated strickly based upon participation the prior bhp meet, not withstanding the number of available stalls at either facility.

The simple accumulation of horses shall no longer guarantee stall space.
