Thank you very much, second_glance, for posting this. Utterly fascinating is right. Some very forward looking comments in that interview of 1957, but I would expect nothing less from Arcaro - always seemed to be one or two measures ahead in his thinking. That, I suppose, is why he will always rank among the very greatest in the sport. I wish more people would take the time to watch this....

I enjoyed it very much, I love Acaro. My stepgrandmother actually knew him, told me he was such a nice person off the track, just don't piss him off on the track.
