    I'd love to see Mine That Bird get the win,or EVEN a place.But i've just got this awful,sinking feeling that the owners and trainer have thrown the poor guy in over his head AGAIN.

    I think it will be between Crown of Thorns, Tizway, and Here Comes Ben, although several other definitely have a shot, like Vineyard Haven, Gayego,m Thiskyhasnolimit, and Mornling Line. Even longshots like Mad Flatter, and Hurricane Ike with the Borl factor.

    One positive spin on Mine That Bird: during this long stretch of bad races, the one thing he has done well is work. Several bullets, all at CD. And of course he has never lost a race at CD. He's got a 100% win percentage. If he wins, this would be the most extreme case of "horse for course" in the history of horse racing!

    I loooove Here Comes Ben in this. 6-1 would be wonderful. My big question is who to play him with- thinking Tizway, Gayego or Thiskyhasnolimit right now but I'm not sure. Plus I really like Aikenite, and a part of me thinks he may run big at long odds here.

    I have no idea, this race has been driving me crazy, I've been over it so many times.
