Well, he isn't the prettiest horse to grace the Earth. He definitely doesn't look like a name that would have been pretty or elegant. Don't think that helps the name any though . . .

I had FIERO down as one of the names because i thought it fit the colt but, no dice. I shudder to think what the newest colts name will be.
Unless I'm mistaken, a Fiero is a car, isn't it? I think that would be a cool name for one of Supercharger's future little ones. ^_^ I'd definitely have taken Fiero over Super Saver (Sorry, I like the horse but his name makes me a little queasy). x.x
Yes, it's what Marshall drives on how I met your mother but in itailian it means proud and in spanish it means fierce/wild/ferocious. I know what you mean about SS Light & Fit yogurt has these 4 packs of yogurt that say Super Saver on them and that makes me think of him alot plus the fact that it happened weeks after the Derby is kinda weird.
His name is now Quick Wit.
He'll always be our Caddy though. Such a goofball. Anything with "Wit" in it doesn't really suit him, hehe.
I actually like that name.
I don't mind it. At the farm they just usually end up with some sort of barn name so it's hard to call them anything else.
