Mares

Just came across two photos of the new mares we bought in November. Figured I'd share.

The first is Guiding Star by Touch Gold out of Sweeping by End Sweep. She's in foal to Colonel John and she'll be going to Mineshaft this year.



And this is Brussels Lace who is in foal to Dunkirk and due in about a month. She's by Pleasant Tap out of a Dayjur mare and she's a half-sister to G1 winner Shadow Cast. She'll be going to Sharp Humor and we'll probably sell her in foal to him in November.

Very nice, Jas! Do you have any recent pics of Francie? She's got to be big by now.

Francie's always BIG! lol She always looks pregnant whether she is or she isn't! A friend of mine owns her Suave two year old and she's the same way. She's a little chunk of a filly. Her barn name was Moo Moo! lol

I'll get some of her after the sale. I think we're going down to the sale to see the colt sell and *maybe* buy another filly/mare, and I'll snap pics. And if we don't go I'll force the agent to take some. lol
