    An interesting picture (Man O' War and Sir Barton?)

    I stumbled on this photo, http://www.corbisimages.com/Enlargement/U125084INP.html , and the caption reads "Man O' War (nearest camera) and Sir Barton (inside) working out before race at Kenilworth Park, Windsor, Ontario."

    I'm pretty sure that neither of them are in that picture.
    Does anyone know anything about this photo?

    Definately not Man O' War nearest so doubt that's Sir Barton on the inside either.

    I don't know how anyone could mistake either of those horses for Man o' War, lol

    Nuttiest thing I've ever seen. Yup, Man O' War was a bay. And that sure as heck ain't Sir Barton.

    No way was that Man O War, First thing he was a Chestnut not a bay and second he was a whole lot bigger than that. Sir Barton from pictures I have seen of him almost looked like he was a weedy lanky looking thing like they couldn't keep the weight on him.

    From Wiki;

    "The final start of Man o' War's career came in Windsor, Ontario, Canada in the Kenilworth Park Gold Cup, a race that for the first time was filmed in its entirety. For this 1¼-mile match race, Man o' War was running up against the great Sir Barton but easily drew away in the first furlong, showing a decided superiority to the first Triple Crown winner, and was slowed to win by seven lengths."

    So those two were at that track together at that time, but I can't make out any markings or anything else resembling MOW or SB either from that photo. At least they had the location right.

    I wonder who the two horses are though. Or if it is even Kenilworth Park (I have no idea what that place looked like).
    The one on the inside has blinkers, though

    All you need to know is they are not going to be on the track together in such a situation. Working like this I mean.
