Aren't these websites generally set up by fans and utterly unconnected to the horses' connections?

A fan can setup an unofficial "FAN" website, but you better not sell anything...Even using the actual horsesname.com..Even then some owners don't like it..

Red Alert Day has his own Facebook page too. It's done very much in the same style that Dottie did Zenny's.

    He's very, very well loved!

I love Harlem Rocker's website. He is absolutely a breathtaking horse in person.
I got a great shot of him in the Traver's, and went to McMahon's stallion show to see him. I wished we had gotten to see more accomplishments from him on the track.

Thank you... One of the best times of my life!! On my left finger is my wedding ring... on my right.... my Belmont ring from Tim and Alex...

Did it all.. every press release, every piece of merchandise... every email... and on the last day Alex was on the track.. I was pulling his mane when Tim said "hey Samm... see that green nylon halter hanging there... Go put it on Alex and you take his halter".... Then the three of us... JJ, Tim and me walked Alex onto the van... I cried like a baby...

    I would have, too...

You did a wonderful job with his website and diary. Afleet Alex, and reading the updates reawakened my interest in racing, after many years of absence. And I thank you for that.
