Entries are now open for our 2011 California Freshman Sire Contest!

The Grand Prize is an engraved leather halter worn by the multiple Grade 1 winner, Eclipse Award finalist and 2010 California Horse of the Year Evening Jewel. The winner will also receive a one-year subscription to "California Thoroughbred" magazine and $250 cash!

Other prizes include autographed racing memorabilia items featuring Zenyatta, Secretariat and Sham. (Autographs include Penny Chenery and Laffit Pincay Jr.)
