The Factor "probable", Comma To the Top, Watch Me Go heading to Derby

Talk about a bunch of horses that are going to be going backwards when they turn for home. All we need now is a sick Uncle Mo and a slow crippled Jaycito. Maybe JP's Gusto can get in the gate after his two back to back great efforts.

    the more the merrier.

The Factor and Uncle Mo will both take serious $$$ as compared to the horses in the mid-20s in earnings that they will keep out. Makes it a better betting race.

I bet Dialed In is the favorite and I am going to go out on a limb and say the two from the Arkansas Derby are shorter prices than The Factor or Uncle Mo.

I would say shorter than The Factor but I don't know how many people are going to jump off the Mo bandwagon if he comes into the Derby healthy. At least he had some sort of excuse for running poorly (well, 3rd in a million dollar grade 1 isn't terrible) rather than some others that are going to be in there that just didn't fire for no particular reason.

I have to believe that Baffert et al. at least honestly believe that the breathing issue was legitimate. The owners aren't gooey-eyed newbies. Comma to the Top, on the other hand, has proved that he will just get crushed. He deserves better.

I'l toss the (non) Factor and Mo....and wait to see who the father of our Country likes so I can toss a few more...by then the winner should jump off the page...

there are a lot of horses every year who just don't belong in a race like the Derby and most end up proving why with a horrible finish.

This is why the field needs to be cut back. 20 horses is just over crowding.

It's a shame Premier Pegasus didn't make it.

    Handicapping is so easy!

Toss my top 3 at your own peril. Let's remember who was the only one high on Midnight before even his allowance race.

The winner will be Midnight, Nehro, or Arch. The horses at a price to use in the supers will be Santiva, Stay Thirsty, and Animal Kingdom. Lock it up. $200k super coming with those 6 horses in some combination. Toss Mo, Dialed In, and The Factor.

    Win- Midnight (8-1)
    Place- Animal Kingdom (30-1)
    Show- Nehro (10-1)
    4th for super- Santiva (40-1)
KY Derby 1) Midnight Interlude 2) Anthony's Cross 3) 4) Archarcharch 5) Dialed In 6) Toby's Corner 7) Mucho Macho Man 8) Animal Kingdom 9) Watch Me Go 10) Santiva

Really, Baffert? He was so noncommittal and wait-and-see earlier in the year, and now that his horse has run poorly/ proven he can't rate/ proven that rating can potentially harm him, he's good to go in the Derby? Okay...

Will Stay Thirsty make it in?

Midnight Interlude is MY pick ... I think he's peaking at just the right time and he seems like he'll love the added distance.

Do you crave attention, negative or otherwise?

I do not understand why you feel the necessity to pollute this site with duplicative posts...even duplicative of your own posts...

You started a Comma To The Top thread...which you could have updated with this news AND there is already a Factor thread which you could have updated...
