    Really?

Let's compare her with Havre de Grace...

    Blind Luck

G I Vanity win at 9 furlongs at Hollywood Park on cushion track
G II La Troienne win at 8.5 furlongs at Churchill Downs on dirt
G III Azeri 2nd Place finish at 8.5 furlongs at Oaklawn Park on dirt
G II La Canada 2nd Place finish at 9 furlongs at Santa Anita on dirt
G II El Cino 2nd Place finish at 8.5 furlongs at Santa Anita on dirt

    With winnings of $440,808

    Havre de Grace

G III Obeah win at 9 furlongs at Delaware Park on dirt
G I Apple Blossom win at 8.5 furlongs at Oaklawn Park on dirt
G III Azeri win at 8.5 furlongs at Oaklawn Park on dirt

    With winnings of $498,000

Just because HDG beat Blind Luck head to head I think with Blind Luck's winning a Grade I and a Grade II and placing in two other Grade IIs..and a Grade III gives her a superior resume...

I think they are about tied right now...

Blind Luck has lost 3 of her 5 starts this year, Havre de Grace has won 3 of her 3 starts this year. The only time they met, HDG smoked her. Blind Luck may have the "superior resume" - Havre de Grace is currently the superior animal, and I really don't think it's that close.

We obviously have a difference of opinion...we have a lightly raced horse who has run on two tracks...and after her next race she will still have raced on just two tracks for four races...vs. a heavily raced horse who will be racing on her 5th track in six races...in her 4th state having won on two surfaces...

But we'll see on July 16th...if they both stay healthy...

She' probably #7 .....She ran against some crazy speed favoring track biases which accounts for some of those 2nd place finishers.

    1) See You At Peelers......Undefeated Pacer
    2) Black Caviar
    3) Havre de Grace
    4) Goldikova
    5) Golden Lilac......Undefeated
    6) Bar JF Hot Ticket.......Mule
    7) Blind Luck

5 starts isn't exactly "heavily raced".

She was okay and was barren at the time. Unfortunately, two of her foals died in February- her 3yo Chocolatier filly Moni's No Object from colic and her only colt, a yearling by Deweycheatumnhowe, from complications of intestinal problems. She was bred to Cantab Hall this spring so fingers are crossed for another colt! (She did have a couple of grandfoals this year: All Our Moni had a Deweycheatumnhowe colt; Live Moni had a Chocolatier colt; Touch Of Moni had a Crazed filly)

I'm happy to report that the two mares who didn't make it both had foals this spring via embryo transfer though! My Dolly had a Crazed colt born in April and Lady Starlet had a Crazed filly born in March.

Which top distaff competitor has a race schedule like hers?

5 races, 4 tracks, 3 states, two surfaces in 5 months...

She has raced more than her top competitors in the division...

Switch - 4 races, 3 tracks, two states, two surfaces in 5 months

Miss Match - 3 races, 2 tracks, two states, two surfaces in 5 months

Awesome Maria - 4 races - 2 tracks, two states, one surface in 4 months

Havre De Grace - 3 races, 2 tracks, two states, one surface in three months

Remember, she raced as many times by mid-June in 2011 as Blame raced the entire year in 2010...

Eh, Hot Ticket had a 23-race win streak at one point. The only horse who even challengers her is her chestnut sister Red Ticket.

Watching the race online, gorgeous equines. Bar JF Hot Ticket is 1/9, lowest odds of the others is 37-1.

Bar JF Hot Ticket won again. I think that was her braying her happiness after she crossed the finish line!

Hot Ticket made a little ruckus in the gate, drifted wide down the lane and won anyway. I think she's getting bored. Typical mule. Gotta love them.

We were at Goshen this Monday to see the last day of racing in 2011 at the Historic Track...looking forward to See You At Peelers induction many years from now...

Got to see Moni Maker, who was quite a quite commanding trotter...I hope we get to see See You At Peelers demonstrate similar excellence...she has a long way to go...but we can hope...

Woo Hoo! How wonderful is she! It really has been all about girl power lately, huh?

It was over by the 1/4 mark:http://66.209.93.91/racereplays/play...1107092146VRN9

Set another record for the track, top rated pacer in the country.
