Snow Fairy on course for return

Possibly in the Pretty Polly at The Curragh on 6/25.

She was forced out of the Sheema with a leg injury, which apparently turned out not to be as serious as first appeared.

After originally being diagnosed as having a small fracture, Snow Fairy was found to have sustained some bone jarring at the back of a knee and has made good progress after box rest followed by a regime of trotting and, more recently, cantering.

Last year Snow Fairy won the English and Irish Oaks and G1s in Japan and Hong Kong.

I'm excited to hear that Snow Fairy is most likely back for more. Hopefully she has another strong fall campaign to match the one she enjoyed last year.
What is it about single-toed ungulates running around an oval for approximately 90 seconds that inspires people to bet billions of dollars and devote their entire lives to the activity?

INVESTEC Coronation Cup second Midday was on Monday made 5 6 favourite to defeat Cathay Pacific Hong Kong Cup heroine Snow Fairy on the latter's seasonal reappearance in Saturday's Stobart Ireland Pretty Polly Stakes.
