    He was, but according to this March 2 article in DRF, his entry depended on how he worked before the race.

    Is Dutrow licensed there? I appreciate what a good horseman he is aside from the sloppy admin and rap sheet. But as an owner, why have a horse with a guy that can't even get a license in every state or has to triple check if he can do so every time?

    Of course this is another example of reason to have a federal compact.
