    As Jeff said, this is not the track's fault.

    And today Les Bois Park reopens in Garden City, Idaho, after being dark for nearly 3 years.

    Nothing.

    The problem is that without the State Racing Commission there's no vets or stewards so they can't run.

    The annoying thing is that Canterbury and the harness track Aces Wild already paid money for July into the account that funds the Racing Commission, but unless someone in the state government writes the check to the Racing Commission, they can't run.

    Stupid politicians!!!!
