    Grade 2 hero ST AVERIL (Saint Ballado) registered his first winner as a freshman sire when Goddess Angel romped in Sunday's 1ST race at Timonium. After racing in second early, the 3-5 favorite took command on the far turn and proceeded to open up by 5 1/4 lengths. The Dale Capuano filly completed 6 1/2 furlongs in 1:22 on the fast track with Joshua Navarro aboard.

    Always a Princess, half-sister to Gabby's Golden Gal (but with a much nicer name!) won a MSW at Del Mar 9/5--fast time (1.03 and change for five and a half) after being squeezed back at the start. I think she's the first winner for Leroidesanimaux?
