"Hi mom! What are you doing?"
I collect different copies of the book "Black Beauty." I currently have 50. Do you have any I could buy?

    Re: My Horse - Steel

I wish I had taken a picture of Steel today. He looked more black than grey. Someone had overfilled a large water bucket in the paddock, leaving a big mud puddle, which apparently Steel found quite enjoyable. He was the only dirty horse, and I mean dirty.

dreamer, we are working up to it. Mac is doing quite well with him. He is much loved.

Oh, I knew he would be loved - afterall - in two hours you loved even my wretched ones Nothing like "fresh wet mud" for a horse of any color to roll in. UGH. I love balls of mud hanging off their manes and since we don't pull ours they are all pretty long - quite a mess.
