Re: The Rebel Parts I and II

Also, I think that both Improbable and Game Winner ran very good races and didn't lose anything in defeat. A horse doesn't have to have an unblemished record to be seriously good. Re: Santa Anita 2019

I saw on Twitter a couple of people point out that The Stonarch Group is only implementing these changes at their California tracks, but what about their other tracks like Gulfstream Park? If they are so intent on moving the sport forward and care so much about the welfare of the horses then why are...

All meetings until next Wednesday (13/02) have now been cancelled. Over 100 yards are on lock down including Paul Nichols and Nicky Henderson, the two most prolific steeplechase trainers in Britain.

Is European Champion 3yo Sprinter even a category? No sprinter trained in Europe won more than one G1 in 2018... and I believe him and Sands of Mali were the only 3 year olds to win an open G1 sprint. Biiiiiiit of a stretch there in the marketing department. I would say that he was tough as hell be...

6YO mare CHEEKABOO entered in the 12F $100,000 stakes race today has been scratched AND retired. Hoping it's nothing life-threatening and that she'll be able to enjoy her retirement. Nothing serious, they were planning to retire her anyway and I guess they just thought she didn't need to run here

So Stonestreet achieved what they set out to do then. I’m happy for them and the mare who’s going to a great home! (Or just generally back home I guess)
