Re: horses with unique coloring/facial markings

Logician, who just won the St. Leger, is registered as roan. But isn’t it impossible for Tbreds to be roan? Or is it just a registry thing and he’s not actually a true roan? Its just a registry thing. I'm not sure if it is impossible anymore, there have been some true roans that have come from the ...

Re: Stallion News

I was looking at the leading 2nd year stallions. The big surprise to me is the stallion with the most SWs this year. The leader is, Souper Speedy, who has 5 SWs from 31 runners and a 2.61 AEI. That is impressive. He stands in Canada for CAN$4,000 and is a 1/2 brother to Brilliant Speed.

Kidtapit , the final foal of Tap Your Heels by Super Saver. Hasn't recorded a workout and was RNA for $140K at KeeSep in 2016. He was with trainer Steven Dwoskin and was working at least in November/December 2018 at Gulfstream. But couldn't find anything beside that. I included a link to his few wo...

Recent photo of 22 year old Include at Aidrie. According to ACP Include is the last remaining major representative of the Domino male line, which is sad. https://scontent-dfw5-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/69249796_2897375000322740_731171375590408192_n.jpg?_nc_cat=110&_nc_oc=AQl2LDJuT98Dk-7NiLbGfwdcgMwCS...

Re: Matings 2019

I would trust Maria's Mon's word on that. You might be confusing Leslie with Lotta Kim, who was bred to Bolt d'Oro (for some reason). In a TVG interview, Frank Mitchell conforms it’s a Kantharos filly Thank you for clarification! I couldnt hear what was said on there (deaf) and no subtitles. Someon...

Re: Stallion News

I checked their facebook. They are showing stall doors with old nameplates on them, Seattle Slew and Nashua, and keep saying 9/13/19. Yeah, their posts are similar on other social media platforms. I’ve seen the ads but didn’t realize there was a date on them... a teaser for sure. They’ve already an...

He is at the same farm. Its kind of neat to see a farm that lists all stallions they have ever stood, even if only for one year.

Would you say Spendthrift is teasing a new stallion announcement in this ad?

Fast and Accurate hasn't had a race or workout since July. Not a lot of time has passed but I'm curious if he's shown up on any vet lists. On SkKychai Racing's facebook page, there is an August 9 photo of him "Fast and Accirate [sic] out for a gallop". https://www.facebook.com/skychairacing/ But, t...

Re: 2019 Keeneland September

I'm especially looking forward to Cavorting's Curlin filly. Cavorting has been forgotten because she was injured and missed the Breeder's Cup, but she was a fantastic filly........ She's an out. So is Rachel's Valentina's Curlin colt. Did you catch the video from TDN that I posted a few days ago in...

Thank you, but they finally showed up ( after I closed all my other tabs, lol) . :P He's a very attractive boy, so it must have been fun photographing him. I wonder if that path through the flowers is something he regularly walks up without a groom. There is a groom. It's a good photoshop for the m...

Re: Jockey club exploring 140 mare cap per stallion

"We are disappointed that The Jockey Club would float this idea without anyone having approached us and asked our opinion," Toffey said. "We obviously breed larger books. If you were to reduce Into Mischief's book, his becomes a very expensive stud fee, and the way it is now works for a lot of smal...

Re: Jockey club exploring 140 mare cap per stallion

Anyone who thinks this isn’t a good idea... 245 mares??? Are they building an Into Mischief army? I know he’s HOT, but give the horse a chance to live to 20. They are one of the farms complaining about it, in this other article on Bloodhorse. They stood 4 stallions that bred over 165 mares in 2018....

Yes what I found strange was the Jockey Club doesn't have the pedigree of a horse born in 1937. Its also interesting to see Noor in the pedigree.

Tiz A Minister

I was looking at the Bloodhorse article about him siring his first winner. I decided to look at his pedigree. I saw something you don't see often in pedigrees, at least not as close as it is in him. If you go back his tail female line to Meadow Fescue(1937), they do not know the dam of either her si...

Polynesian stood across the road from where Native Dancer's dam resided which was Scott Farm, which I'm sure changed names as well. I found a page that says that Gallaheer was acquired by Pillar Stud, which was The Stallion Station, and 505 Farm but has since changed hands and is McPeek Racing. Howe...

Anything on Leslie's Lady?
She was bred to Kantharos.
Wow, really? That’s definitely not who I expected them to send her to.
She is carrying a filly according to the video on TDN.
