Not gonna lie, seeing Valentina perform well here would be a real thrill.
Not a wholesome trottin' race, no, but a race where they sit down right on the horse!
Like to see some stuck-up jockey boy sittin' on Dan Patch? Make your blood boil? Well, I should say!

Sentiment will be with 'Valentina, but Tap To It may be the most impressive two-year-old filly I've seen this year. RV will look like a Connemara next to the strapping grey daughter of Tapit.

Rooting for Valentina and Constellation. The former for obvious reasons, the latter, well, I just love her unique coat and the name it inspired.

Just looked her up on PedigreeQuery. What a fun coat!

This is a great field. Four of these look like legit runners.

When I saw the field, I was hoping for a three way dead heat between Tonasah, Rachel's Valentina and Constellation because I want them all to win!

Agree about Tap To It. She should appreciate the smaller field this time around, but talk about crummy luck, drawing the rail again. She blew the doors off that field on debut, though.

I get the feeling that Rachel's Valentina is going to be more of a two-turn runner, but thinking this is a good spot for them to try to swoop in and pick off a Grade 1 when there aren't many other places she can run.

Rooting for Constellation, who is basically a filly straight out of a Thoroughbred book.

(and she'd still be a big lovely filly even without that awesome coat)

My heart is with RV, but I'm interested in constellation on the long term. Tap To It of course a serious contender. Won't be RV's best distance I think, but neither was her debut, and she still handled it well. Could be fun to see her in the BC Juvenile Fillies.

I so hope Rachel's Valentina pulls it off! It would be lovely to see her do well here but if she doesn't end up winning and runs a very nice race, I'll still be very happy. I hope she can show at least half the talent her mom showed as a 3yo, winning the Oaks would be a nice bonus  The Preakness would be the icing on the cake, both her parents won it after all!

The oaks? Pf, not ambitious enough. She has to be the first filly to win the TC obviously :D

Tonasah and Constellation should run 1-2 most of the way, with Tap to It and Rachel's Valentina flying late.
