Very predictable finish but still exciting to see Rachel's Valentino pull it off. Great to see.

Rachel a G1 producer. That's pretty damn neat.

Auuughh I MISSED IT but when the NYRA video loaded up with that order of finish I LOST MY MIND.

Rachel has a black type baby! Oh my god. This is so great.
Not a wholesome trottin' race, no, but a race where they sit down right on the horse!

Me too, great to see her pull it off. I picked her and convinced myself I was putting bias aside but kept wondering if my love for Rachel was influencing me because Tap To It looked very good in her debut too. Now...I don't care! She did it! The great year for horse racing continues.

Predictable? C'mon, it could've been predictable I'd the place finisher won too. Or even a couple others.

But anyway... Very happy with the results. Rachel further proves her quality.

oh that Tap To It is so pretty - and so big - loved Tapit - especially love his gray babies - maybe next time she can turn the tables - would love to see Tap To It win the BC - will be rooting for her - will be interesting to see RV in the BC - she has a chance to do something her mom never did - compete in the BC.

Rachel's Valetina is such a neat, talented and professional filly - I squealed after she won, lol. The longer, the better for her....and very good time, just slightly slower than the first division of the MSW for 2 year old males run earlier.

Cannot believe Rachel us already 3/3 (with 2 different sires no less), already got her first G1 winner, and on Woodward day to boot!! She's still blowing our minds! I was totally expecting Tap To It to go by, but little Valentina is a pistol!

It was a very professional run from the top three. Always nice to see that in these baby races. Valentina rated, tucked behind, swung wide and sustained her drive even once she got the lead. I'm like a proud mama over here.

I thought for sure it'd be Rachel or Tap To It, just saying those two running 1-2 was no big surprise but still nice to see. Reversed I'd say the same thing. That wasn't a "I knew she'd win", it was more of "the favs ran 1-2."

Very nice, professional run by RV, who appears to have put on a bit of weight since I first saw her. :D I can't wait to see her in the BC Juvenile Fillies.
Tap To It seems to still be a bit green, so I expect her to improve off this race.

Honestly am glad Constellation did well too. I would have loved to see her 2nd, but Tap to It is lovely. Most of all though I was really pulling for Rachel's Valentina, I don't think this is her best distance but her debut had impressed me sufficiently to think she could pull it off. There's a moment where it seems like she has to think about what the jockey wants/what she's supposed to do and then she kicks off and fairly easily keeps Tap To It away. (I also thought it was a nice balanced ride from Velasquez).

The top two were both impressive, considering how wide they had to take the turn. And I agree, the top three looked very professional.

yeah I think Tap To It seems a little green still too - she acted up a bit in the gate - hope she can keep her head in the races to come - I think she can improve off of this race too.
