Disco Partner's intact? Thought he was a gelding.I guess I'm confusing him with Pure Sensation.

Seven-year-old Disco Partner finished 3rd in the $100,000 Lucky Coin turf sprint at Saratoga this afternoon. A year or two ago, he would have blown by that field.
Think maybe it's time for the handsome little grey to find a comfy stall in a NY stallion barn and start making little 'Partners. :P :D
I was thinking the same thing

Airtouch (Tapit/Ithinkisawapudycat) broke his maiden off a TWO YEAR layoff in the final race at Saratoga.

He finished second in his first race in 2017.

Divisidero Back to Winning Ways in Red Bank
https://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing ... n-red-bank

~ I wonder if anyone in England or 'Down Under' would be interested in standing this guy, especially since they've lost Roaring Lion. Not that Divisidero is of the came caliber of RL of course, but he is a MG1W son of a now internationally recognized sire. He's also a GSW every year he's run.

Anybody heard anything about Gift Box?

Thunder Snow will not be running in the BC Classic this fall, unfortunately. Sounds like his connections are going to let him rest and then gear up for a go at a third World Cup victory. If he happens to successfully prep in that $20 million Saudi Cup, his lifetime earnings are going to be ridiculously ginormous. ;)

At this rate, Midnight Bisou should just shoot for the classic. Heck, Bricks and Mortar might have a shot in that race!

HOTY will come down to those 2 I think and I’m pretty sure Bricks and Mortar will win it.

I wonder if he had another setback. I would be surprised if they are just opting to put him away for the year.

I am, however, very glad to see that he will be racing next year. I'm not sure how much commercial appeal he has as a son of Aussie sprinter Helmet, but if he can win the DWC and the new Saudi race, that could surpass any stallion fee earnings for a couple seasons

If he retired today I feel like he would probably be in the US and then shuttle to Australia.

My next bet would be Japan and Australia. Japan has both dirt and turf racing like the US and their dirt races are actually graded and cared about (unlike the dirt races in Europe).

Third bet is Europe, but Helmet is already there.

Even against this lot, I sincerely doubt Midnight Bisou would get 10f. Elate might as well try.

It is rather depressing to realize that one can barely come up with 5 horses that can run 10f in racehorse time consistently this year.

I wonder if we might see Pat On the Back in the Dirt Mile.

Vino Rosso is targeting the (G1) Jockey Cup Gold Cup. Assuming everyone who is projected shows up, it should be an exciting race!

I just want to say that I'm really amused that today's Ack Ack (G3) at Churchill has a Mr. Darcy, a Mr. Jaegermeister, and a Mr. Freeze. And they will all break alongside each other.

I’d like to hear Wrona have a crack at that, he could make the 4th race at GGF on Thursday sound interesting.
