Not that there was any evidence to the contrary, I know on twitter there was some concern so here's this.

According to Ken McPeek, Restless Rider is fine; said she broke awkwardly and never really found her rhythm.

That's that type of thing to make me want to go impulse by a camera because the power of a photo is really just... all you need.

This photo is pretty amazing too...now that we know we know all turned out well, outside of probably a few scrapes and bruises.

Hero of the day is @jockeyfranco. If he doesn’t get up almost instantly after taking a nasty spill out of the gate the outriders must pull up the Ky Oaks field (as start is before wire) and there would be no finish for the first time ever. Jockeys are the strongest athletes.

Serengeti Empress got a Beyer figure of 88 for her Oaks win. McKinzie got a 109 for the Alysheba.
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

And how the heck did McKinzie get 109?? It was a great run by him but I thought he would get like 101 at most, this wasn’t a blow your mind kind of run. Serengeti Empress should have at least been in the 90’s IMO.

Beyer numbers are bonkers.

I had Liora and Lady Apple in the right order yesterday... but I was wrong on the winner. Which is the story of my life.

Bellafina has forgotten all about last Friday as she enjoys a well deserved little break in Kentucky. The multiple G1 winner will have the Test at Saratoga and the BC Filly and Mare Sprint at our home track as the major goals for the second half of the year.

Nope. Would you tell me more about them?

Don’t know a whole lot about them but I’ve been looking into them. It just sounds based on what you’re saying like it might be an interesting avenue for you 😂
Probably my most haunting loss was getting a tri but with horse one and three reversed. If I had bothered with an extra 2$ Tri bet I would have made an awesome profit. Alas. That’s horse racing.
