Update: we reached the goal! Thank you so much guys. I returned the surplus on money and already paid the bill.

In case the domain transfer doesn't get through in time from Victoria to me it could be that the forum will be down for a few days. If ALL things fail with the domain transfer, I will register www.thoroughbredchampion.com (same address minus the S at the end).

It was very easy to do!

For those doing USD conversions, $1.00 = 0.89ish Euros.

And then there's me, needing to ask Kurenai to walk my transaction back. Paying for the whole shebang had not been Plan A, but - arghhhh - case of fat fingers. Hopefully this doesn'y create all sorts of problems with looking like the goal is already reached - it's not.

Yikes!!! :? Hopefully there will be some way for Kurenai to cancel the transaction or decline the payment...

I already wrote you an email Catalina. Paypal won't let me cancel it either. :| Only option I have it to cancel the whole pool or collect it instantly and then transfer it back. I will of course transfer the 200 back to you. I won't collect it in the meantime either!

The main problem is that is says the goal is reached, so if people don't read that here now, they think everythings already paid for and won't chip in. :(

The max to come back to me would be Euro 180 (minus whatever PP charges for the return transaction). You get to keep Euro 20 as my pledged donation towards the forum renewal.

Is there any fine/fee/punitive measure if the pool is cancelled and redone? Would that be the easiest...? If there aren't a lot of donations yet. I would be willing to redo mine, speaking just for myself... 8-) anyhoo just wondering.

We are at 310 Euros now. Minus 180 that I will refund Catalina means we're only 70 Euros away from our goal. :D

Also a important heads up: I did contact Victoria about the transfer of the domain already. In case that doesn't get done by the time it runs out, it could be that the forum will be down til the registration is through for a few days. If ALL things fail with the domain transfer, I will register www.thoroughbredchampion.com (same address minus the S at the end).

I don't want that people think I run off with their money if the forum suddenly is down for a few days if things don't get done in time.

I will happily donate. Kurenai, when you get the pool account sorted out, please let me know. I will fund whatever the balance is that you need. Happy to do it.

Edited to say for everyone's benefit, the balance is covered and a bit more.

We reached the goal! I already paid for the hosting :D

I booked back the 180 Euros to Catalina! And since we were over the top I also booked back some money to Ridan Remembered and to the last member who donated after that.

Thank you so much guys! I attached a screenshot of Paypal transactions. :) (Sorry it's in German, but you get the idea  )
