For those that do not know, Laura Hillenbrand of Seabiscuit fame actually wrote another brilliant book Unbroken. Angelina Jolie turning into a movie. Here is sort of the trailer they ran during Olympics. Brilliant book. Movie looks promising. Incredible story.

One of the best books I've ever read. I was hesitant when Angelina got the movie....but it looks like she did okay.

The Coen Brothers (Fargo, No Country for Old Men) wrote the screenplay for Unbroken and are involved in some directing.

Ahhh...I did not know that. I just hope it leaves you with same impact as the book.

I enjoyed the book very much. She took a difficult story and made it readable.
I wonder who will get the part

It's one of the best novel I've read. Watching the partial trailer brought me to tears.

Hard to believe what she's been able to accomplish while suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. Haven't read this one yet, but it's on my list. Interesting choice having the Coens involved in this one...what I know about the story doesn't make it sound like it'd be their type of film.

I will I promise!!! I've just been on challenges on goodreads and it didn't fit the requirements for them. Now I'm hooked on a series that I MUST finish. I got through that book in 2 days so that is a good thing.
