Meet new Canadian Champion Minuteman Up With The Birds, photographed earlier this month at the Purina National dog show at Spruce Meadows in Calgary. "Pilot" is a son of my US national specialty winning bitch "Goldikova".

And an update! "Pilot" finished his AKC championship at the "Breeder's Cup" of terriers, Montgomery County Kennel Club, winning the points two days out of three shown.

Is that a wheaten terrier in that photo too?

My two favorite super adorable breeds in one photo! Congrats.

GCh.Minuteman Up With The Birds was retired to stud a year ago, and has been America's #1 sire of champions for two years straight. ;-)

Last weekend he entered the racing world! He earned his BCAT title with an average speed of 19.27 mph. That may seem slow to some of you, -- until you consider he's only 3 1/2 hands tall.
