Salmon and some form of vegetable tonight.
Then, tomorrow, red beans and rice... fire roasted tomatos, chorizo chunks, onion, plenty of spice. Simmer in that nice big crock pot I got for Xmas, it'll feed us for days unless neighbors come exploring.

This rivals my dinner of 3 spoon fulls of peanut butter covered in greek yogurt and maple syrup.
That sounds better than the Chinese takeout I had on Friday.

Tonight it was cold noodles.

I honestly eat very well, I'm just so tired when I get home I can't care!

Same. I just ate sauteed tofu and Swiss Chard for lunch... dinner might be cereal (which is what I ate last night) because... working life sucks. Can't wait until I have more free time in this life.

Yesterday? One bratwurst, pan-fried potatoes, and what was left of a package of Birdeye Asian Medley steamed vegetables.

Tonight? Too soon to say for sure, but maybe a Hamburger Helper type Chicken Alfredo casserole, One serving for tonight, and the rest for restocking the freezer with some quick and easy meals.

I'll be riding back to Tampa with a nitwit pool player. Wendy's ads have looked good. Pool player hasn't. His wife and son have the flu. He must have his babysitter. It was me.

Mushroom and pepperjack burger, fries and a soda. The ad did not lie.

Spaghetti, homemade meatballs, doctored up sauce. I added mushrooms and onions and garlic. Garlic bread.
Do it the right way. Saute the onions, add garlic, let soften, don't need browning. Sliced mushrooms, add to veggies, saute to soften, sauce, add what spices you like to taste (jarred stuff always needs basil). Simmer to blend 10 minutes or so.
