Wrote letter to PA Racing Comm almost 2 mos. ago (attached). After first receiving a nonsensical letter from a PA state attorney, I was assured I would receive a response. Still waiting for a formal response. Will it ever come?

It is with shock & heartbreak that I tweet this. "Silent Ruler", who so many rallied behind w/ donations & support to @PARR_OTTB after undergoing surgery to save his life after being neglected in his stall for weeks, was euthanized this morning after a freak paddock accident...
